            our Trade Division, we are presently focused on Dry Red Chillis and 
            other Indian Spices export. We having our team members placed at the 
            strategic points of cultivation of different spices, including dry 
            red chillies, so that the materials can be collected directly from 
            the farmers so that we can provide the materials at rock bottom 
            prices to our country and overseas.   INDIA is the world's largest producer, consumer and exporter of 
            chillies in the world. India also has the largest area under 
            chillies in the world. Chillies are the most common spice cultivated 
            in India. It is estimated that India produced approx 1.4 Million 
            Tons of dry chilli.
 
 Chillies are valued principally for their high pungency and color. 
            Almost all the states of India produce the crop. The major Indian 
            Chilli growing states are Andhra Pradesh (57%), Karnataka (12%), 
            Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, West Bengal, Rajasthan and 
            Tamil Nadu. Indian Chilli can be grown during the entire year at one 
            or the other part of the country. However, the major arrival season 
            extends from February to April.
 
 Indian spices exports have been able to record strident gains in 
            value. Spices exports have registered substantial growth during the 
            last five years, registering an compound annual average growth rate 
            of 14% in rupee terms and 5% dollar terms of value and India 
            commands a formidable position in the World Spice Trade During 
            2015-16, a total of 8,43,255 tons of spices and spice products 
            valued Rs.16238.23 crore (US$2482.83 Million) have been exported 
            from the Country as against 8,93,920 tons valued Rs.14899.68 crore 
            (US$ 2432.84
 Million) in 2014-15, registering an increase of 9% in rupee terms 
            and 2% in dollar terms of value.
